You can download the application form in excel format and email to us. We will print the form when you visit us at the centre. You can then check and sign your applcation form. Please email the completed application form to info@arkexamcentre.co.uk. Please make sure to rename the excel file in the format of firstname_lastname before emailing to us. If you have questions, please enquire here and we will contact you to discuss the registration process.
If you have already completed your practical endorsement with your school last year, we will be able to transfer it to this year. And you will be able to do the examinations at our centre. For us to be able to transfer, we will need the UCI number you have used at the time you carreied out your practical endorsements.
If you have not done your Science Practicals, you will need to gain the endorsement to be able to take the examinations. As we do not have laboratory facilities, we are partnered with BioGrad, the laboratory and clinical training centre, who can offer you the courses in receiving practical endorsement. You will then be able to take the examinations at our centre. Read More.

We will need your completed application with documents and full payment cleared by 15th February 2024 for Summer 2024 examination series.
Please note, we can only accept applications from Private Candidates with Access Arrangement Requirements where we have the facilities to support the provisions. For Summer examination series, we will need the full application before end of December. We will discuss with you your access arrangment requirements before accepting the application form since we may not have the facilities available.
Candidates entered for the GCE exam after the Entry deadline will be charged an additional £150 on top of the normal charge per exam.
Candidates entered for the GCE exam after the High late fee deadline will be charged an additional £300 on top of the normal charge per exam.
Cancellations or refunds before the Centre Entry Deadline will result in a full refund minus an administration fee of £50 per subject. After this deadline, no refunds will be allowed. The results will be emailed to candidates within 2 days of the release of the results. Certificates can be collected from the published date onwards.
