How to book your exam
On the day
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your exam start time. You must bring valid photographic ID — a current passport or driving licence is accepted. We will not permit entry to the exam room without ID.
Each candidate is provided with a dedicated, individually screened workstation. The exam environment meets all ACCA technical and health and safety standards. Workstations are separated with privacy dividers and free from glare, in accordance with ACCA requirements.
Frequently asked questions
What ACCA papers can I sit on demand at Ark Education Centre?
We offer all Foundation level and Applied Knowledge level ACCA CBE papers on demand, including FA1, MA1, FA2, MA2, FMA, FBT, BT, MA, FA, LW-ENG and LW-GLO. These can be booked at any time throughout the year with at least two weeks' notice. Applied Skills papers (PM, TX, FR, AA, FM) are session CBEs — contact us to discuss availability for these.
Do I need to be registered with ACCA before booking?
Yes. You must be registered with ACCA before booking a CBE at our centre. You will need to provide your ACCA registration number, date of birth, and contact details when completing our booking form. If you are not yet registered, visit accaglobal.com to create your account first.
When will I receive my results?
Your result is displayed on screen immediately at the end of the exam — you will know straight away whether you have passed. Results are then uploaded to your ACCA account within 72 hours, where you can also view your official certificate.
Can I cancel my ACCA CBE booking?
You may cancel your booking up to one week before the exam date. A £30 administration fee applies to all cancellations. Cancellations made within one week of the exam date cannot be refunded. If you need to reschedule, contact us as early as possible.
Can my employer pay for my ACCA exam?
Yes. If your employer is funding your ACCA studies, we can issue an invoice directly to your employer or organisation. Please contact us before submitting your booking form so we can arrange employer billing. We are happy to work with finance teams and HR departments for corporate bookings.
