GCSE, A Level & Secondary Tuition

Ark Tuition is our Ofsted registered tuition centre based in Ilford, East London. We provide structured academic support for students aged 8 to 18 — from secondary foundation through to GCSE and A Level. Our classes are deliberately kept small (maximum 5–6 students) so every student receives focused, personalised attention from experienced subject specialists.

Whether your child needs to strengthen their foundation subjects, prepare for GCSEs, push for top A Level grades, or gain a grammar school place through the 11 Plus, Ark Tuition has a structured programme to match their needs.

GCSE Tuition

Group and one-to-one tuition for Maths, English and Science. Additional subjects available on request. Regular progress tests every 6–8 weeks with written feedback.

A Level Tuition

Maths A Level delivered in small group sessions. All other A Level subjects available as one-to-one tuition with specialist tutors. Predicted grades and UCAS references provided.

Secondary (Yr 7–9)

Foundation support in Maths, English and Science from Year 7. Builds core skills before GCSE study begins, with a focus on exam technique and confidence.

11 Plus

Specialist 11 Plus preparation for Redbridge, Essex and Kent exams. Structured programmes from Year 3 to Year 5, including intensive courses and mock exams.

Tuition and exams under one roof

Unlike standalone tuition centres, Ark students can prepare and sit their GCSE, IGCSE, and A Level examinations at the same centre. No separate exam centre registration, no unfamiliar environment on exam day. We are an approved centre for Pearson Edexcel, AQA, OCR and Cambridge International.
